Job summary

Compassus in Wisconsin is seeking a Hospice Aide to deliver compassionate in-home care, helping patients remain at home with dignity alongside their families.

You will work as part of a hospice team to address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, providing comfort and support, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.
• In states where licensure is not required, candidates must be licensed/certified or have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program with 24 months of continuous employment.
• Current CPR certification required.

Hospice Aide Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant highly preferred. In states where licensure is not required (AL, CT, GA, IA, IL, KS, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MT, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV), applicants must meet one of the following: They are already a licensed/certified aide; or They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program AND have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months Current CPR certification required.
