Job summary
Grace Healthcare Services is looking to hire Certified Home Health Aides to provide end-of-life care to patients in their homes across New Jersey. This position offers part-time, per diem, and full-time opportunities.
The ideal candidates will have a Professional New Jersey Certification and a valid driver's license. Experience in Long Term Care, Hospice, or Home Care is a plus. A competitive compensation and benefits package is available.

Job Type: Part-time, per diem & full time available. Required experience:
- Proof of your current Professional New Jersey Certification.
- Ability to read, write and communicate effectively with our hospice patients
- Long Term Care, Hospice or Home Care experience is a plus!
- MUST have valid NJ Drivers License AND reliable transportation.
- Experience Certified Home Health Aide: 1 year is preferable
