Qualifications

• RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse, hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver's license.
• Current CPR and BCLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Enable patients to spend quality time with their loved ones.
• Assess patients for hospice eligibility and explain services.
• Ensure all patient initial needs are addressed.
• Collaborate with Inter-Disciplinary Team regarding care plan.
