Job summary

PIRTEK Auburn Hills is seeking a Hose Installation Technician to service, assemble and install hoses for manufacturing, construction, and rental clients. You will operate a mobile service truck, perform on-site installations, and build relationships with customers in the Auburn Hills area.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Training is provided to operate our PIRTEK service truck and equipment on site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Mechanically inclined; hands-on experience in auto, off-road, or machinery repair.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Sound organization and planning skills.
• Clean driving record.

Job Description

PIRTEK is looking to hire a Hose Installation Technician to service, assemble and install hoses for a diverse customer’s base such as manufacturing, construction, and rental companies, to name a few. We are looking for applicants with excellent communication and strong customer service skills. As a PIRTEK Hose Installation Technician, you will be operating out of a purpose-built mobile hose workshop/van and be carrying out service calls in the local area. This provides the opportunity to develop relationships with new and existing customers.

Successful candidates will be fully trained to operate a purpose-built PIRTEK service truck fitted with specialized equipment designed to fabricate flexible hose assemblies on site.
