Job summary

AAH Acquisition LLC is seeking a Finishing Operator to manage the final stage of hose production. You will operate finishing equipment, inspect output, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves following detailed work instructions, coordinating with the finishing team, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Shifts run from 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm.

Qualifications

• Basic measurement skills and ability to read specifications.
• Ability to follow documented work instructions for each production stage.
• Effective teamwork and communication with supervisors and peers.
• Knowledge of safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate finishing equipment for hoses efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect finished products for quality and conformance to specs.
• Identify defects and coordinate for repairs or rework as needed.
• Apply customer and company stencil markings per specifications.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and safe handling of materials.
