Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Hose Coil / Pressure Test Operator to join our Mansfield, TX facility. You will operate hose coiling and pressure test equipment on the 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday) with mandatory overtime as needed to support production leads and maintenance, ensuring product integrity.

You will measure, inspect, and document test results, manage safe operations, and collaborate with the team to maintain quality and efficiency in daily workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Able to pass pre-employment screening.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift 21–50 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for recording inspection data.
• Good attention to detail and focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Coil hose to specifications, verify part numbers, sizes, job numbers, and reel dimensions.
• Inspect hose for defects (broken wires, kinks, missing wires) and cut/tape out nonconforming sections.
• Operate pressure test equipment: set up test mode, jaws, mandrels, prefill, run cycle time, and purge; record PSI and tag tested parts.
• Measure OD, ID, and pitch; cut burst and periodic samples as required.
• Label and place tested hose in quality inspection area and record attributes on inspection sheets.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following 5S and safety procedures; report production or equipment issues to the lead.
