Paycom is seeking a Hose Technician to perform the complete hose assembly process at our facility. The role includes inventory control and meeting sales goals while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The position requires strong reading, writing, and computer skills, along with excellent communication and a team-oriented attitude. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliability in daily warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Prior hose assembly experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Additional power equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hose assembly process.
• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions and parts; gather parts and materials.
• Use proper tools and equipment for each task (saws, crimpers, tape measures, calipers).
• Assemble components by checking connections for correct fit and securing parts.
• Identify and select proper parts to assemble a variety of hoses.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Coil hose for delivery to customers.
• Provide inventory control on proprietary products; track inventory via ERP.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintain professionalism in the workplace.
• Perform any other assigned proprietary duties.
