Job summary

Epic is seeking a Horticulture Technician based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You will join a team responsible for maintaining our diverse campus landscape, from ornamental gardens to turf and irrigation systems.

You may lead and assist projects on campus, site, or turf teams, performing planting, watering, weeding, mulching, pruning, and seasonal tasks. The role rewards hands-on growth and a chance to contribute to Epic's sustainable campus culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work outdoors 8 hours a day and lift 50 lbs.
• Experience in temperate ornamental horticulture and/or arboriculture preferred.
• Experience with commercial equipment preferred.
• Valid WI driver's license.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• COVID-19 vaccination.
