Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Horticulture Program Administrator in Seattle, on-site support for the Greenhouse, Spheres, and Community Landscape teams. The role involves creating content for Amazonians, coordinating events, and handling purchasing and scheduling with professional representation across audiences.

Responsibilities include content creation for newsletters and social media, ordering supplies, invoicing, and ensuring timely administrative support while upholding

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of two years of administrative office experience in a professional environment.
  • Must meet highest attendance and punctuality requirements with reliable schedule adherence.
  • Ability and willingness to work occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to set priorities, manage multiple deadlines, and assume additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn additional software applications.
  • Ability to manage social media and assist with purchasing and event planning.
  • Ability to professionally present technical information and business correspondence to diverse audiences in verbal and written formats with strong grammar and proofreading capabilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills including professionalism, customer service, collaboration, inclusivity, teamwork, and commitment to JLL's Leadership Behaviors.
  • Strong communication skills, critical thinking, analysis, and judgement.

  • Background in program administration or coordination, vendor management, and procurement process in fast-paced corporate settings
  • Experience working in corporate real estate, facilities management, or property services environments
  • Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional team environments where innovative ways of working are embraced
  • Experience organizing and coordinating corporate events or community outreach programs
  • Knowledge of horticulture, landscaping, or environmental sustainability
  • Track record providing 5-star professional customer service in fast-paced corporate environments
  • Experience collaborating with program managers, coordinators, and technical specialists
  • Background supporting comprehensive corporate programs requiring coordination with numerous internal and external partners
  • Experience creating content for newsletters, social media, and internal communication platforms
  • Ability to assist Greenhouse, Spheres, or similar specialized facility operations
  • Experience implementing leadership behaviors, best practices, and innovations
  • Background supporting sustainable natural environment initiatives

Estimated compensation

Estimated compensation for this position: 65,400.00 – 94,900.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
