Professional Grounds Services (PGS), the Landscape Maintenance contractor for the Ford Hub Center in Dearborn, Michigan, is seeking a dedicated and hands-onHorticulturist Assistantto support the care and maintenance of the campus landscape. This role assists with maintaining ornamental plantings, Michigan native plants, grasses, and sustainable landscape practices that enhance the beauty and ecological value of the property.
The ideal candidate has a passion for horticulture, enjoys working outdoors, and possesses a strong understanding of plant care, weed management, landscape maintenance, and team leadership. This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic team while contributing to environmentally responsible landscape practices. The Horticulturist Assistant will serve as the lead representative in the absence of the Horticulturist and will be responsible for providing direction, support, and oversight to landscape personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
Compensation:$26.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
