Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Goodyear, AZ, is seeking a Hopper Utility to load and unload pellets, support food safety, and meet production standards. You will work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed, at our Goodyear facility.

Responsibilities include inspecting product quality, recording production data, communicating needs to keep the line running, helping teammates, and following safety procedures to maintain a zero-accident culture. Training and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
• Strong commitment to following personal and food safety policies.
• A team-oriented attitude and a willingness to contribute to company values and goals.

• Help out with any other tasks as needed to support the team and achieve company goals.

We’re currently looking for a Hopper Utility to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Goodyear, AZ. In this role, you’ll be responsible for unloading and loading pellets into the hopper while supporting the company’s commitment to food safety, quality, and production standards.
Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed.
