Position Overview

We’re hiring Hood Cleaning Technicians in Jacksonville, FL. This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to ensuring fire safety in commercial kitchens. You’ll work mostly overnight shifts cleaning exhaust systems, documenting services, and working as part of a team to deliver excellent results.

All new hires begin with paid hands‑on training at our headquarters in Atlanta (Woodstock, GA).

During this training, housing and food are fully covered by the company.

The training period typically lasts 6–12 weeks, depending on each individual’s experience level and performance. Experienced crews may complete training in as little as 2–4 weeks before returning to Jacksonville to begin full‑time work in their local market.

Training pay is $18–$23 per hour, and this rate applies only during the short training period. Full‑time pay after training: $1,350–$2,000+ per week based on performance.

After completing training, you’ll return to Jacksonville to begin full‑time work in your local market. Experienced crews may only need two to four weeks of training before transitioning to full pay.
