Aegis Therapies in Honolulu, HI is hiring a Wellness Instructor to join our senior care and restorative services team. This full-time role offers up to 40 hours per week with rotating weekends and a pay range of $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus additional retention bonuses.

You will support the Activities Director and help deliver engaging programming for residents. This position emphasizes a person-centered approach, collaboration with the therapy team, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background in activity delivery with senior populations, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Activities Director
• Give input to monthly activities calendar
• Conduct and deliver optimal programming for residents
• Market our program/activities
