EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Janitor for Kukui Tower, a 380-unit family affordable housing community in Honolulu, HI. The role supports maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, with background checks and fingerprinting as part of the process.

Salary range is $18.05–$25.65 per hour; DOE applies. Qualifications include at least 1 year of janitorial or grounds experience and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year janitorial or grounds experience.
• Basic computer skills required for training.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, scrubs and vacuums common areas.
• Empties common area trash.
• Maintains all parking areas; sweeps and blows landings; power washes as needed.
