Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and ensure guests are served promptly.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to hotel standards.
• Maintain a warm, friendly demeanor at all times.
• Break down bar after functions and store liquor and equipment properly.
• Follow all state liquor laws and hotel safety policies.
• Keep bar and service areas clean and tidy during service.
• Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
