Job summary

The role requires at least two years of HVACR experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance. Requires independent field work and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in HVACR.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read safety rules, drawings and technical descriptions.
• Strong problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVACR equipment (AHU, FCU, split and mini-split units, VAVs, ice machines, etc.).
• Inspect, test, clean coils, replace filters, and service components.
• Read schematics, shop drawings and manuals; determine parts needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and work performed.
• Adjust BAS controls; assist in emergencies.
• 1–2 days of shift work monthly.
