GPSI Guam seeks an experienced Construction Laborer to support an active Federal construction project in Honolulu and across the Hawaiian Islands. This role mixes general labor with hands-on construction tasks and requires adapting to project progress.

You will perform site prep, material handling, concrete work, demolition support, and cooperate with multiple trades while following safety plans. OSHA 10 preferred; access to military bases may be needed.

Qualificações

• Experience as construction laborer on building, civil, or renovation projects.
• Experience with concrete work, demolition, site prep, and common tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing daily assignments.
• Physically capable outdoors, lifting and moving materials.
• OSHA 10 preferred; access on military bases may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare work areas by clearing debris and maintaining safe access.
• Load/unload and distribute construction materials and equipment.
• Assist with excavation, backfilling, grading and site prep.
• Support demolition and removal of materials and debris.
• Assist with concrete work: mixing, placing, vibrating, screeding, curing.
• Operate hand/power tools when trained; assist with staging.
• Record time spent on tasks for payroll.
• Follow safety plan and report hazards.
