Job summary

Safran Cabin Materials in Marysville, WA is seeking a Core Saw Operator - 1st Shift (6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday) with a starting wage of $20.00 per hour. You will cut honeycomb composite blocks into sheets, load blocks with a forklift, and operate a computerized saw to meet thickness specs.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a hands-on approach. Prior manufacturing experience and basic math skills are preferred; overtime and weekend work are required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant, steady work history preferred
• Good basic math skills
• Able to speak/read/write English proficiently
• Legible handwriting/printing
• Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities

Responsibilities

• Cut honeycomb blocks into sheets using a computerized saw
• Load/prep core blocks with forklift (training provided)
• Apply adhesive and align blocks on table
• Operate saw to cut sheets to thickness specs
• Record specifications and stack sheets on table
• Fill out product documentation
• Cross-train or transfer to other departments as needed
• Overtime and some weekend work as required
