Job summary

The role includes growth across Level I–III responsibilities, with opportunities to train others and contribute to process improvements. Second shift includes a 10% differential; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 0–1 years relevant experience in close tolerance manual machining in Aerospace Manufacturing.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; ITAR eligibility noted for access to controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Operate hone and lap machines to finish inside/outside diameters per blueprints.
• Set up and adjust tooling; perform rough and final lapping; verify dimensions with gauges.
• Train junior operators and maintain calibrated equipment; follow safety protocols.
