Arapahoe County Government seeks a Homemaker Lead - Eastern Plains to coordinate Homemaker staff, oversee in-home services for seniors and disabled citizens, and ensure compassionate, quality care in clients’ homes.

The Homemaker Lead is responsible for day-to-day coordination and guidance to Homemakers within the Senior Resources division. Areas of oversight may include a variety of duties to assist staff in performing task with senior and disabled citizens in their homes by providing support housecleaning, laundry, shopping, and companionship services. The Homemaker Lead recognizes staff needs and provides support and refers to community resources or supervisor for gaps.
