Korean Women's Association (KWA) in Lakewood, WA is seeking a full-time Homecare Performance Leader to support quality, compliance, and team performance within our In‑Home Care program. This role focuses on coaching supervisors, using data to drive improvement, and ensuring high standards of care across multiple sites.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support In‑Home Care Supervisors and Employment Coordinators
• Monitor program performance using KPIs and data tools (e.g., WellSky, Power BI)
• Ensure compliance with Washington Administrative Code (WAC), AAA monitoring, and KWA policies
• Lead audit preparation, quality reviews, and corrective actions
• Support staffing plans, training, and workforce development
• Represent KWA with community and county partners
