Job summary

Visiting Angels is seeking Homecare Caregivers to support seniors in Saint Paul, Roseville, Eagan, Mendota Heights, and surrounding areas. This role offers Full-time or Part-time positions with a pay range of $16 to $22 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus.

You will provide personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and companionship. A valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required. Join a team that provides training, benefits, and ongoing bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in providing personal care to the elderly
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and dietary constraints for cooking
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful, compassionate, and professional attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to transport clients in your vehicle (valid driver's license and car insurance required)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to seniors in their homes or community settings
• Tasks include assisting with toileting, showering, dressing, transfers, walking, cooking, light housekeeping, transportation to errands, doctor appointments, and social visits
• Provide medication reminders, safety monitoring, supervision, and companionship
• Travel to clients' homes within a 20-mile radius of your home address
