This full‑time role will eventually transition to a Sales Counselor position, assisting the team, greeting customers, and preparing documents as part of the sales process.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales and customer service background, with excellent listening, objection handling, and communication skills to engage buyers and real estate professionals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Strong people and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with people to understand home buying interests.
• Initiate prospective buyers and build rapport.
• Collaborate with the sales team to bring ideas.
• Read floor plans and communicate what will be built to customers.
• Work with construction and design teams to set expectations.
• Manage purchasing agreements and monthly sales reports.
• Build relationships with real estate brokers in the community.
• Work most weekends at model homes.
