Job summary

American Transport Team is hiring drivers for regional, multi-state routes with 100% drop & hook freight and weekly home time. Immediate dry van, refrigerated, port & rail options across 30 nationwide centers offer growth and stability.

Starting pay averages $1,155–$1,580+ weekly, with CPM increases after experience verification and a minimum pay/mileage guarantee. Benefits start at 60 days; three days of paid orientation are provided, with transportation included.

Qualifications

• 12 months of OTR CDL-A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must Pass A Road Test In A Manual Truck.
• Must be 21 years old.
• Must Pass A Pre-employment Drug Test.
• Clean background & Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a dry van driver with 100% drop & hook freight in a regional multi-state area.
• Home time: drivers will get home every week and participate in paid orientation.
• Work with a dedicated driver manager to align with lifestyle needs and goals.
