Job summary

EFitz Logistics in Beaumont, CA area is hiring CDL A drivers to run consistent routes for our customers. This full-time position offers weekly home time, steady pay, and no-touch freight.

Average weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,500. Expect about 2,300 miles per week across 4 loads, with 10-hour breaks typically taken on the road, and detention/pay of $16/hour.

We operate newer trucks and provide a full benefits package, paid orientation, paid time off, and 401(k) with up to $2,000 match.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• At least 12 months of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Must live within a commutable distance to Beaumont, CA.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Must meet DOT and company safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Home Weekly Class A CDL driver on Southwest routes.
• Deliver cargo with no-touch freight and maintain route reliability.
• Meet weekly mileage targets (≈2,300 miles) across 4 loads.
• Report and manage detention and stop pay where applicable.

Job Description:

Position Details:

• Home Weekly: 34-48-hour reset weekly.
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,200–$1,500.
• No-Touch Freight – Freight is unloaded by store employees.
• Newer Trucks: Latest Kenworth, Freightliner & International Tractors.

Job Details:

• Average Miles: 2,300 per week
• Average Loads: 4 loads per week
• Detention/ Breakdown Pay: $16 per hour.
• Stop Pay: $25 per stop (average of 2 stops/week)
• 10-Hour Breaks: Typically taken on the road
