Job summary

Pickle Roofing Solutions is hiring for a dedicated Smithfield fleet driver with a home weekly schedule. This no-touch freight position serves the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region (NC, VA, MD, PA, DE, DC, WV) and offers steady, consistent miles.

Minimum qualifications include a valid Class A CDL and at least 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience; drivers must be 21 or older. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD+D insurance, PTO, and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Deliver no-touch freight
• Home weekly
• Runs the Eastern Mid-Atlantic region (NC, VA, MD, PA, DE, DC, WV)
• Average 10 loads per week
• Mileage pay
• Detention pay
• Stop pay
• Safety and on-time mileage bonus (Up to 3% of mileage pay)
• Office staff and maintenance on site
• Hauling 53-ft trailers
