Job summary

Shambaugh & Son, L.P. is seeking an experienced CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver to safely transport construction materials to jobsites and company locations in Indiana. This full-time role offers home weekly and a comprehensive benefits package.

You should have at least one year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience and take pride in safe, reliable driving to support our construction projects. You will handle deliveries, pickups, and material moves while coordinating with dispatchers and the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 1+ year of flatbed tractor-trailer experience.
• Clean driving record with no major incidents.
• Overnight travel averaging 2–3 nights.
• Ability to work flexible/extended hours including weekends.
• Strong commitment to safe driving and accurate logs.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company-owned and leased trucks.
• Deliver, pick up, and relocate construction materials and equipment.
• Haul materials to company jobsites.
• Support shipping and receiving operations.
• Maintain required DOT, OSHA, and company safety certifications.
• Operate and maintain company equipment safely.
• Maintain company vehicles and property in excellent condition.
• Support transportation team with additional duties as needed.
