Job summary

C.R. England is seeking reliable truck drivers for a dedicated Target Solo Fleet route in downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs. Home 2-3 days weekly with a 34-hour reset; all loads pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual-temp reefers.

9:00 PM - Noon overnight shifts 7 days a week; most deliveries with store unload using lift gates. CDL-A and 3+ months experience required; not suitable for trainees. Drivers average $95,000 annually, with top performers earning up to $128,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required.
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated Target Solo Fleet route in downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
• Load management includes shuttles, full loads, and store unloads with pallet handling.
• Use lift gates and pallet jacks; unload freight as required; adhere to schedule.
