Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a driver-unload route based out of Maquoketa, IA. Early morning deliveries and nights are required; routes involve multiple stops and long-haul segments with a weekly home reset.

New drivers join a paid ride-along week at $150/day, with a generous $2,500 sign-on bonus paid through milestones and ongoing support from 24/7 staff. Route covers multiple states with steady freight and predictable schedules.

Qualifications

• Solid customer service skills and patience.
• Physically able to handle live unloads.
• Able to work in hot or cold weather.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as schedules permit.
• Secure parking required for home time, gated property or security.

Responsibilities

• Drive a driver-unload route based out of Maquoketa.
• Deliver freight across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, CO.
• Average ~1,500 miles weekly with 2 loads per week and 3–5 stops per route.
• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset; early AM deliveries required.
• New drivers participate in a paid ride-along week after orientation at $150/day.
• Sign-on bonus distributed over several milestones: $2,500 total.
