Job summary

Culligan (Consolidated Water Group) is seeking a Service Technician to install, service, and repair Culligan water treatment products in customers' homes across West Palm Beach. You will perform diagnostics, complete service orders, and help with installation and upgrades while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and we provide competitive wages plus commission and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related technical experience.
• TCEQ certification, or plumbing experience a plus.
• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of residential products (e.g., cable/internet, HVAC, plumbing, windows/doors).
• Must wear safety equipment; some tasks require physical exertion.
• Ability to lift/move equipment 50–80 lbs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive 2–3 hours.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, upgrade, remove, and maintain equipment.
• Complete scheduled service orders daily.
• Complete paperwork related to tasks, including collecting payment, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Assist other employees with delivery and installation of products/equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate in a positive manner with customers and maintain positive public relations for the company.
• Safe operation of a Company vehicle in compliance with all state and federal DOT laws.
• Identify additional services that may be required and present all options to the consumer.
• Install pipe assemblies, fittings, and valves for water treatment equipment using hand or power tools.
• Follow all rules and regulations pertaining to safety and Culligan policies.
• Complete general warehouse/facility duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
