Job summary

Hayden Homes is seeking a Customer Service Warranty Technician in Montana. You will ensure quality completion of homes and readiness for New Home Orientations, promptly responding to warranty requests to meet time, budget, and quality standards.

The role involves QA inspections, conducting New Home Orientations with customers alongside the Project Manager, and coordinating repairs to keep model and inventory homes in pristine condition. Daily local travel is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
• Prior customer service and construction field experience strongly preferred.
• Travel: Daily travel within local and regional areas. Reliable vehicle, valid Driver's License, and insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Performs QA inspections prior to completing homes and schedules inspections with Project Manager.
• New Home Orientations: Explains home features, warranty coverage, and service request process to customers.
• Sales Turnover to Inventory Homes: Ensures model/inventory homes stay in new condition and flags concerns.
• Service Request Management: Addresses warranty requests, manages subcontractors, and follows up with customers.
• Warranty On-Call: Participates in after-hours warranty service rotation.
