Program: Education and Child Development Impact Team/Parents as Teachers
Classification: Non-Exempt/Full-Time
Location: This role will mostly support the Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, and Manheim Central areas.
Travel:This role will travel to client homes to conduct home visits.
The PAT Home Visitor will oversee the planning, implementation and reporting of home visits, family engagement, resource connections, recruitment and community outreach.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Developmental screenings and family assessments
Community collaboration
Professionalism
Maintain confidentiality regarding program families.
*Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional classroom coverage.

Work hours are flexible based on client and program needs. The Home Visitor-PAT is scheduled to work 37.5 hours per week.
