Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Experience with children and home-based programs preferred.
• Must pass comprehensive background and safety checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits with safety procedures.
• Develop an Individual Developmental Plan (IDP) for each child.
• Maintain records of visits, goals, and referrals in a timely manner.
• Recruit eligible families and build partnerships with program families.
• Assist families via referrals to community services.
• Participate in family reviews and staff meetings.
• Respond to family crises and support group activities.
