Academic Req: (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in a human service field or related field or currently enrolled in an advanced degree program. Required: High School Diploma. Certifications: If applicant does not have 18hrs of social work on transcript, then a Family Services Certificate must be obtained within 6 months of hire. INK will pay for 1st certification test. If test is failed, subsequent tests will be paid for by the applicant. Work experience: Preferred 1-year related direct service experience.
The Home Visitor is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided the service population especially in crisis situations while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
