Family Focus in Evanston is seeking a Home Visitor (Parent Educator) to promote healthy family functioning through home visits, parent education, and case management. You will assess needs, plan services, and coordinate referrals to public and private programs while supporting families and young children.
The ideal candidate holds a BA in Human Services or Early Childhood Education, has experience in child development, and will obtain a PAT credential within 6 months.

The Parent Educator aims to promote healthy family functioning and enhance the development of every young child with home visits, parent education, and case management. The Parent Educator will provide case management services to participants including but not limited to assessment of need, service, planning, home visits, reassessments, linkages and referrals to public and private services and programs, information dissemination, advocacy, mental health assessment, and service plan follow-up planning. The role will also coordinate parent education components of the program.
Salary: $48,200/year
This is a full-time exempt position.
