Qualifications

• Licensed PT in Michigan.
• Experience in home health is a plus.
• Strong communication with patients and families.
• Ability to work independently and manage time well.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and design evidence-based home-based treatment plans.
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate physical therapy interventions.
