Job summary

Sollis Health is seeking an Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP) for its at-home concierge house calls team in New York. You will conduct in-home visits under physician supervision, manage urgent and emergent care, and support pediatric and adult patients.

This full-time role operates primarily in the New York area with shifts 9am–9pm, three per week. The position requires a PA/NP license in New York, relevant emergency/urgent care experience, and DEA/BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and graduation from an accredited PA or NP program are required.
• Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in New York State.
• Preferred 2–3 years of PA/NP experience in emergency departments or urgent care.
• DEA license required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
• Excellent clinical care and patient satisfaction in ED/urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Form differential diagnoses and treatment plans for home visits.
• Coordinate with House Call Coordinators for timely requests.
• Perform medical evaluation using home-based imaging for assessment.
• Maintain stocked house call provider bag to avoid delays.
• Conduct Covid-related house calls with PPE, testing, and management.
• Perform IV access, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, POC testing, and EKGs.
• Document evaluations and treatments in eClinicalWorks.
• Interface with PCPs and specialists for follow-up care.
