Job summary

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Home Training Registered Nurse to support dialysis patients at home. You will evaluate patients and train care partners, ensuring safe, dignified care for families in a compliant home setting.

Requirements include an RN license in the state, ADN/BSN (or diploma substitution), current BLS/CPR, and prior dialysis nursing experience; a sign-on bonus up to $7,000 is available based on experience.

The Home Training Registered Nurse evaluates, trains, and provides support to the dialysis facility's

home patients, care partners, and families. This position exercises knowledge of patient rights and

ensures an atmosphere that allows for the privacy, dignity, and well-being of all patients in a

safe, secure environment. The position must demonstrate familiarity with dialysis procedures and the

knowledge, skills, and judgment necessary to assume the responsibility of caring for the dialysis

patient.

Work Experience

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN); three year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
• Registered Nurse License in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Meets all applicable state/licensing requirements.
• Previous dialysis nursing experience is required.

Salary Range:

• $40 - $55 / hour depending on experience and qualifications
