Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the Home Theater department to engage with customers, learn their needs, provide excellent service, and perform product demos with thoughtful recommendations.

You will stay informed on the latest home theater tech, handle inquiries and returns, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while supporting teammates and learning to become an expert on TVs and related products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields.
• 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands and/or custom design environments.
• 1 year of experience in CRM

• Engage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
• Stay informed about the latest home theater technology trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
• Handle customer inquiries and returns professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience
• Prioritize activities based on urgency and importance, set realistic deadlines and use tools and techniques to manage time effectively
• Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
• Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department
• 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service or related fields
