Job summary

Best Buy in Sioux Falls is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist in the home theater department to engage with customers, learn their needs, provide excellent service, perform product demos and make helpful recommendations. You will stay informed about the latest home theater technology trends and products through ongoing training.

You will handle customer inquiries and returns professionally, manage time effectively, maintain merchandising, and train fellow sales staff to ensure a great shopping

Qualifications

1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields.
Experience selling premium products and luxury brands preferred.
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) beneficial.
