Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Full-Time Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1114 in Mountain View, AR. You will greet customers, assist with their shopping, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You’ll help keep Home displays neat and ready for customers throughout the day.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $19 - $32 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
