Job summary

Walmart in Littleton, CO is seeking an hourly Home Associate to greet customers on the salesfloor, assist with questions and recommend merchandise based on customer needs.

You will help keep Home displays neat and in proper order throughout the day, contributing to a fast, friendly shopping environment. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for incentives and education programs.

Hourly Wage

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Hourly Wage: $23 - $36 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
