Job summary

Walmart is looking for a Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #961 in LaPlace, LA. You will greet customers on the sales floor, assist with their needs and recommend merchandise while keeping Home displays neat and orderly throughout the day.

The role offers an hourly wage that meets or exceeds the local minimum wage, plus performance incentives and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, a 401(k) plan, life insurance, and paid time off.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
