Walmart Supercenter in Bartlett, TN is hiring for a full-time Home Associate. You will greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. You’ll also ensure Home displays stay neatly arranged and in proper order throughout the day.

The role includes available shifts at Walmart Supercenter #950 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Job description

Hourly Wage: $20 - $33 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
