Job summary

Walmart is hiring a Home Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1982 in Appleton, WI. You will greet customers, offer help, and guide purchasing decisions based on the customers' wants and needs while ensuring home displays stay neat and in order throughout the day.

Job description

Hourly Wage:

$20 - $33 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
