Job summary

Walmart Supercenter in Yreka, CA is seeking a part-time Home Associate to greet customers, assist on the sales floor, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You will help keep Home displays in order throughout the day.

This role offers hourly wages from $17 to $30, plus annual or quarterly performance incentives and a range of benefits, including medical, vision and dental coverage, a 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
