Job summary

Walmart Windham is hiring Home associates to greet customers on the sales floor, help them find merchandise, and recommend products based on their needs. You will keep Home displays neat and organized throughout the day in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and incentives, with shifts including mid-shift and closing at Walmart Supercenter #2202 in Windham, ME.

• Greet customers on the salesfloor.
• Assist customers and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs.
• Maintain and ensure Home displays are neat and in proper order throughout the day.

Hourly Wage: $16 - $29 per/hour

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
