Walmart Supercenter #3729 in Sparks, NV is hiring a part-time Home Associate to greet customers on the sales floor and help them find merchandise that fits their needs. You will assist customers, answer questions and maintain organized displays for a smooth shopping experience throughout the day.

Shifts include Mid-Shift and Closing. The position offers an hourly wage of $17–$30 with performance incentives and comprehensive benefits such as health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and education

Hourly Wage: $17 - $30 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
