Walmart in Southgate, MI is hiring a part-time Home Associate to greet customers on the sales floor, assist shoppers, and recommend merchandise based on their needs. You will help maintain in-store displays and ensure products are properly arranged throughout the day.

This role is part-time with mid-shift and closing shifts. Eligible employees receive a benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO, and education programs through Live Better U.

Hourly Wage

$15 - $28 per/hour

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Job Overview

Home associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Home displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day.
