Job summary

Walmart is seeking Home associates for our Salt Lake City Supercenter to greet customers on the sales floor, assist with questions, and recommend merchandise based on customer needs. You’ll help maintain home displays and ensure products are in order throughout the day.

This full-time role offers a competitive hourly wage of $15–$28 per hour, plus performance incentives and comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, dental, 401(k), stock purchase, life insurance, PTO, and education

• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Additional Compensation Includes Annual Or Quarterly Performance Incentives.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
